A key component of our mission is to make lives better for everyone.
We refuse to work with companies that use the solutions to cut costs by reducing the workforce. It's a bad sign, creating distrust and scarcity. We generate abundance and we like that to be shared by all who help create it. At the very least this means people keep their jobs.
We don't focus directly on changing culture. We are very conscious of it but we concentrate on creating systems that work for the whole business.
Culture shift happens as a consequence of our implementation processes and the ongoing running of the system. So when things work people feel happier and become more productive. People tend to help each other more and personal relationships at work improves.
Generally we find most businesses have a good "workplace culture". Often we find that it is only the mood that is down due to all the stresses caused by things not working effortlessly and in harmony. When things are unreliable, unpredictable and uncertain it is difficult to get good results. It's understandable why people become resigned and cynical. When we make changes to simplify complexity and to better manage uncertainty things become far more predictable and reliable. Everyone wins.
So installing clear, logical and simple systems that everyone can understand and apply is a change for the better. The lift in morale is palpable. It is a joy to witness and yours to have.
